Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Classic Cleaner Wax! This is the first wax I used with my dad back in 1986, then again on my high school sweetie's car in 1996! Super Hard Shell is one of my favorite waxes. It gets everything done. It cleans, shines, and protects. I've noticed that Turtle Wax has three all in products. Carnauba Cleaner Wax (carnauba based), F21 (synthetic based), and Super Hard Shell (hybrid combining natural waxes, and select synthetic polymers). It makes sense that Super Hard Shell remains at the top of the list for a virtually fool proof way to get a great looking, great protected finish on your car! No body believed me after I polished my car with Scratch & Swirl Remover (ultra fine polish, with a glaze), and waxed with Super Hard Shell. My friends thought I was using more "advanced" products. Nope, just good ol Turtle Wax Super Hard Shell!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good entry detailing level wax The wax is very easy to apply and to buff off. The after effect is not "wet-look" shine, but more of "brighten" shine. As stated, it will leave a white residue if apply on plastic trim. Overall, a very good wax to try out.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from new ice turtle wax I am a RV detailer for 12 yrs. Been using Turtle Wax products for that many yrs. the new line of Turtle Wax products I do not like.  The Ice Turtle Wax you can not use in the sun. The old Ice worked great, best product you had out there for detailing 350,000 RV's. The new product you can not use on your light or other plastic on your car. Bring back the clear Ice, its the best. Big disappointment of your new line of products.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Turtle and Bike My friends always recommended I use wax on my bike, then when I did follow through I bought Turtle Wax. I love using Turtle Wax, I love it when it leaves a nice smooth shiny finish on my bike. Even though the wax lasts for 12 months, I still wax my bike every month since its so fun to use. I might even start waxing my marching tuba, if it works for brass. If it does, this wax would be the all-round wax I've been looking for.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Nightmare for me With no prior experience waxing a car, I sprayed Turtle Wax Express Shine on my car and some landed on my headlights which were recently replaced. Now I have cloudy, ruined headlights as a result of using this product. There is not a warning on the product to avoid spraying near headlights. Call me stupid, but I have never waxed a car before and had no idea that this would cause damage to my vehicle. Extremely disappointed in product, labeling and outcome.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Misleading Advertising I have used this product for a number of years. I never encountered an issue until now. I waxed my vehicle 2 months ago. I wax it at least 3 times a year. It is stored inside and washed regularly, by hand. A few weeks ago I got a little overspray on the top surfaces of the vehicle. The car was sitting outside while I was spraying inside the garage. The bottle said that the wax protects the finish with a hard shell coating. When I went to remove the overspray the only way I could get it off was with heavy rubbing compound. My comment is: If this is supposed to protect the finish of did the overspray easily get down to the paint finish? I also tried to wash the overspray off with solvent. This should have removed the wax so that I could rewax the vehicle. That did not work either. I have also noticed that it is just as hard to remove bugs, tree sap and bird droppings. It almost appears that the product only protects the vehicle for a week or 2.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Wax Very simple to use. Very good result even though I did without a machine. Used it on my 2011 Nissan and it looks like new again. Just have to wait and see how long it lasts.
