Clean tires first with Turtle Wax® Superior Tire Cleaner, provided in the kit.

Use gloves (included in kit) while handling Black Endura-Shine Tire Coat. Shake well. Pour a small amount of product onto the foam applicator by depressing gently into the foam treads. Product will pour quickly so use caution.

For first application, apply a light coating using a continuous motion around the tire. Let dry for 10 minutes, and then apply a second coat. To achieve a higher shine, additional coats may be layered.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Will never buy any other product again I've tried numerous products on my car over the years and know quality when i see it. I just found this line of products by turtle wax and im sold, my new tires had a brown tint that did not look good with the new rims and my black car. Took 15 minutes out of my day to apply this correctly and i could not be happier with the result, my tires look like i just sprayed them down and its been over a week and through a few rains. Keep up the quality standard turtle wax.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from So far so pleased I hesitated to try this product after reading the reviews for the silicone product.I even tried to call Turtle Wax, but the number on the box is not a working number.I have cleaned each tire and applied the two coats per instruction. Not difficult but it takes a bit of time. I did not layer additional coats as I do not like the plastic too shiny look. Looks OK now, time will tell. My rating is only average as endurance will be the largest factor. A bit pricey but if it lasts close to as advertised it will be worth it and worthy of a high recommendation.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I've used Turtle Wax Jet Black Endura Shine Tire Coat for the second and last time. The label stating to use caution because the product will pour quickly, is an understatement. It not only pours quickly, it runs like water and quickly stains if it splashes onto clothing. If you get it on your rims, which you surely will, you'll need a good remover like 'Goof Off' to get it off.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent product for tires I've been waiting for years for a large company to introduce a tire coat that was comparable to the tire coatings I used as a professional detailer. I would often spend upwards of 20 hours detailing a car with multiple steps, the final touch was always the tires. I like the dark black deep look of a brand new tire, not the oily shiny look you get with the silicone or petroleum based tire shines you find at most retailers. The silicone tire shines never lasted very long, attracted dirt, and slung product onto the tires while driving. Turtle Wax Endura-Coat offers the lasting look that I came to expect from tire coatings, doesn't attract dirt, and doesn't sling product on freshly washed cars. The application takes a bit longer then the spray on and walk away dressings, but in the long run the extra time is worth it. Just like painting a car, the prep is crucial. The tire coatings will not adhere well to a dirty tire, especially one covered with old tire dressing. The tire cleaner provided surprised me with how well it removed dirt and old dressings. To conserve the tire cleaner spray, I first cleaned the tires using my usual method of using diluted degreaser and scrubbing with a medium bristle brush. I then followed up with the provided Superior Tire Cleaner, and the amount of dirt and grime it removed from the tires I already cleaned was impressive. Always use a brush to agitate the tires after spraying the cleaner on. This ensures full removal of all dirt that will hurt the coating adhesion. After the tires are completely dry, I applied the tire coating with the applicator. Use a small amount for each coat, the first coat should give a dark black look to the tire. If you want the extra gloss, wait for the first coat to dry, then apply a second coat. Don't try to apply the product to obtain a lot of gloss with the first coat. Using 2 or more coats with drying times in between significantly improves the endurance of the product.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Looks nice, but... Looks great for a couple of days, but gathers rocks, and other junk very easy. Also, if you get some on your wheels, good luck getting it off.
