Items purchased from the Turtle Wax Online Store must be returned within 30 days of the ship date in like new condition.* To return an item, please e-mail onlineordersupport@turtlewax.com with a subject line of RETURN to receive authorization. Once Turtle Wax receives the returned product, the cost of the returned items, minus shipping charges, will be credited to the payment method use. Please allow 7-10 days for your bank to process the credit. * ‘Like new condition’ means the item was not altered in any way. All seals and packaging must be intact and undamaged.

To cancel your order, please e-mail onlineordersupport@turtlewax.com and provide us with your order number and reason for cancellation. Please note that product orders are processed quickly. If your order has been shipped prior to notifying us of cancellation, you will have to follow our return policy. 

Q1. What do I have to do to return a product? 

Please email our customer service team at onlineordersupport@turtlewax.com. They will authorize your return. Once you receive your return authorization, please return the product in like new condition to the address provided by our Customer Service Team. Once received by Turtle Wax, the cost of the returned items, minus shipping will be credited to the payment method used. We’re sorry but we cannot credit back shipping charges for your order. 

 

Q2. Can I receive store credit? 

We’re sorry, but we are unable to issue store credit. All returns will be credited back to the payment method used at time of checkout. 

 

Q3. Can I return product without contacting the Online Support Team? 

No, in order to track your return in our system you must contactonlineordersupport@turtlewax.com prior to returning the product for credit. 

 

Q4. How long does it take to get my credit? 

Once the order is received by Turtle Wax, please allow 7-10 days for the credit to be processed by your bank. 

 

Q5. I received my product but it is damaged and leaking. What should I do?

Q6. How will you ship my product? 

Turtle Wax will determine the best shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are FedEx and the United States Postal Service.
